Join like minded parents for a fun and rejuvenating session to boost your parenting in preparation for the Christmas season. You’ll have a chance to:
- Receive listening to relieve stress and renew your motivation, patience and compassion
- Ask questions on sibling squabbles, sleep difficulties, tantrums, picky eating, school/friendship struggles, swearing or talking back, aggression, limit setting and getting through all the family triggers that Christmas can bring about.
- Play and horse around with other adults, getting you laughing and offering refreshing ideas for play that you can take back to your own family
