Intimacy & Surrender: A 3 day ritual of being together and apart

We long for safety and unity with our opposite sex. We are so heavy with conditioning by the time we reach adulthood, it’s a wonder we can ever understand each other. This is a 3 day ritual with built in intimacy and emotional work, to add some shine to your soul and send you back home feeling connected to yourself and others. We will also incorporate time on the beach so you can get a good dose of nature connection.

The polarity ritual that forms the main part of this retreat will give you an embodied message that counters your archetypal wounding around the masculine/feminine so that you are left with a completely new perspective. Taking you beyond right and wrong to a field where you can truly see and be seen. It is not for YOU that you do it (though the side effects of it are often powerfully nourishing and insightful); it is for all men and women that have ever been misunderstood or unseen or unmet.

You will receive an unparalleled experience of being met by the opposite sex and the opportunity to shed layers of hurt around this. Our focus is on creating a profoundly safe and honouring space. All work is done fully clothed and equally appropriate whether you are single or in a relationship.

With Adam Wilder and Roma Norriss

Adam Wilder is a champion of intimacy, who loves bringing people together and taking them on adventures with each other. He is masterful at creating a safe and loving atmosphere of permission, with a touch of humour, to help us remember our sparkly connection. Over the last 15 years Adam has been exploring sexuality, performance, ritual, theatre, relationships and brings diversity to his work. In 2012 he started Shhh Dating – where talking is replaced by eye gazing and non-verbal connection games. He shares his ongoing study and experience through workshops, events and retreats.

Roma is a ritual keeper and intimacy expert who loves to create meaningful connection. Listening, intimacy and community is what fires her up. She is passionate about the impact of our early experiences on life. Roma has been working with birth for the past 10 years and subsequently with breastfeeding and parenting, gaining from this work a profound understanding of human connection and how to foster it. She writes and offers talks, courses and workshops internationally.

We will be hosted at  Pennans Cottage, which is a beautiful home on the wild and idyllic coast of Cornwall. The house has 5 bedrooms, a pool and lovely garden.

£170 includes food and camping. Shared rooms an extra £30/night. Private room £40/night.
